NOTIFICATION OF EMAIL SCAMS
It has been brought to the knowledge and attention of Hovid Berhad of email scams offering jobs or interview opportunities to individual, purportedly originate from and/or implying an affiliation with Hovid Berhad or any of our subsidiaries within our Group of Companies. The email directs the recipient to provide personal details and information, and attempt to defraud the recipient to make payment for medical tests / visa applications prior to employment.
Kindly take notice that Hovid Berhad shall in no way solicit or demand any payments from individuals prior to employment. Though we do engage recruitment agencies in search for potential talents, however, official job offer letter and confirmation will be issued by the internal HR department directly.
In this regard, Hovid Berhad again strongly reminds that if you have received any such offers/benefits/instructions for recruitment or are approached by individuals and/or organisations in relation to such job opportunity which is purported to be from or associated with Hovid Berhad, you are advised to refrain from responding to them nor making any payment. You are advised to ignore and delete such email, messages, or any similar attempts to protect yourself from becoming victims of phishing, identity theft, or malicious malware; be cautious and vigilant at all times, and do not fall victim to such scams.
