Corporate Communications Executive

Working location: Hovid Ipoh Office

Job Description:

• Handling customer service inquiries via phone and email to ensure prompt and professional support
• Developing content for both internal and external communications such as newsletters, press releases, speeches, and marketing materials, while coordinating with internal departments for necessary input
• Planning and executing corporate events, managing public relations, and ensuring consistent corporate image
• Building and maintaining relationships with media, identifying new media opportunities, and monitoring press coverage
• Content management for the corporate website and supports the company’s social media presence across platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
• Undertaking any other ad-hoc duties and projects as may be assigned by superior/management from time to time

Qualification / Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree, Diploma in Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent, with 2-5 years of experience

Regulatory Affairs Senior Executive/Executive

Working location: Hovid Ipoh or PJ Office

Job Description:

• Prepare, compile, and submit regulatory dossiers to local and international authorities to obtain and maintain product registrations in compliance with relevant guidelines.
• Monitor and interpret changes in regulatory requirements, guidelines, and legislation, and communicate relevant updates to internal stakeholders.
• Manage variations, renewals, and post-approval changes, ensuring timely submissions and approvals for continuous product availability.
• Liaise with internal departments (e.g., R&D, QA, Marketing, Supply Chain) and external regulatory agencies to ensure alignment and support for regulatory objectives.
• Maintain accurate regulatory documentation, databases, and records to ensure audit readiness and compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP).

Qualification / Requirements:

• A degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in regulatory affairs, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Good understanding of local and international regulatory guidelines (e.g., NPRA). Familiar with product registration processes, variations, and regulatory submissions.

Senior Maintenance Engineer/Maintenance Engineer

Working location: Hovid Chemor

Job Description:

• Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on production machinery, utilities, and facility systems to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with GMP, safety regulations, and company SOPs; maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation.
• Collaborate with Production, QA, OSH, and Engineering teams to resolve technical issues, investigate equipment failures, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor and manage spare parts inventory, liaise with vendors, and ensure timely procurement to support uninterrupted maintenance operations.

Qualification / Requirements:

• A Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering qualifications.
• Minimum of 4-5 years of relevant experience in equipment/machine maintenance, preferably in the Mechanical section, with a strong foundation in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Knowledge of GMP, safety standards (e.g. OSHA), and preventive maintenance systems (e.g. CMMS).

Provisionally Registered Pharmacist (PRP)

Job Description:

• Exposure to product registration processes, preparation of regulatory dossiers, and understanding of local and international regulatory requirements
• Hands-on experience in laboratory testing, including raw materials, in-process, and finished product testing using analytical techniques under Quality Control division.
• Involvement in documentation review, deviation investigations, change control, GMP audits, and ensuring compliance with quality systems and SOPs under Quality Assurance division.
• Learn manufacturing processes and exposure to understand batch manufacturing records, line clearance, and in-process control.

Qualification / Requirements:

• A Degree in Pharmacy from a registered institution with the Pharmacy Board of the Ministry of Health, Malaysia.

Job Description:

• Operate and monitor steam boilers and related equipment to ensure efficient and safe steam supply for production and utilities.
• Perform daily checks, basic maintenance, and troubleshooting of boilers, pumps, valves, and piping systems to prevent breakdowns and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain accurate logbooks, temperature and pressure records, and ensure operations are in compliance with Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) regulations and company SOPs.

Qualification / Requirements:

• Possess a Certificate of Proficiency from the DOSH.
• Minimum 3-5 years’ working experience in boiler house maintenance, operation and monitoring, with compliance with Health and Safety procedures as required by DOSH.
• Responsible, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, or respond to emergencies when required.
